I am so grateful for the opportunity to inspire you and help bring balance and positive energy to your life through yoga.

Practicing yoga helped me find my center after being diagnosed with breast cancer. Yoga helped me navigate treatment protocols, doctors, family and daily life.

Yoga continues to bring consistency and clarity into my life. Everyday I continue to learn and grow into a better version of myself. I love helping people find their place of peace and calm. It has truly transformed the way I look at life and live my life.

We all have access to this place inside ourselves if we allow space to be vulnerable and open. Sometimes giving up control and practicing self-care is necessary to grow.

Yoga has been practiced for more than 3000 years. More and more evidence is being discovered about the health benefits of yoga.

I look forward to sharing the transformative power and wisdom with you by weaving yoga philosophy and history into a gentle, flowing practice.

Come join me on the mat……
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti
