Create a peaceful place in your home where distractions are at a minimum  and listen ..... stay aware.... and let yourself just be .......

Sit in a chair or lay down on the floor or on your bed.

Make sure you are comfortable.

Cover yourself with a blanket, maybe even place an eye pillow or cloth over your eyes to remove even more distraction from the mind........

Give yourself permission to be still.........

​

Before you begin this guided meditation, take 3 deep breaths in through the nose and out through an open mouth.

​

All is well.... All is calm.....

Close your eyes and get comfortable.  

​

A little bit of stillness is what we all need in this busy world. 

Allow yourself to pause .......
