I have been a student of yoga for over 10 years. I am a wife, mother, sister and warrior. I teach a hatha based practice, focusing on the breath as a tool to help expand the physical and mental bodies.
My goal is to continue to be a lifelong learner and create a safe community where everyone can let go and find a moment for themselves on their mats; with their breath and within their body.
